Exchanges & Returns

At Epido, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You can exchange or return your product according to the guidelines below.

Return conditions:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • The product must unused, undamaged and in original packaging are returned.
  • Personalized or hygienic products can not will be returned.
  • Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How do you return a product?

  1. Send an email to info@epido.be with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Please pack the product securely and send it to the specified return address.
  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the
    purchase amount within 5-7 working days back into your account.

Exchange: Want to exchange a product? Follow the same steps as for returns and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or incorrectly delivered product? Take inside 48 hours after receipt please contact us via info@epido.be with photos of the product and your order number. We will provide a quick solution!
